On Monday some of room 11 went with room 10 to cycling.They told us some of the basic bike rules and an acronym like ABCDDS quick and other things like if you have a helmet don't peel off the safety stickers on your helmet.Other rules like feel your shell on top of your helmet to see if your shell is cracked if it is cracked then when you have your helmet on and your riding your bike and then you fall over the shell will break apart and your head will be damaged.
